The 2016 Educating for Careers Conference: Pathways, Partnerships, Programs: 3 P’s of Success has restructured its Sunday format from the historical pre-conference day, to opening the conference on Sunday with a schedule full of plenary and interactive sessions; intensive seminars; and structured meetings. Career and College Readiness has been a theme throughout California for several years, yet success comes through the pathways, the partnerships and the programs that are in place or are in the developmental process. As professional development continues to take a large hit, it is understood that continuing to improve classroom instruction and student achievement is critical for our success as a state and as a nation.
